Drawing from her book, Taboo Topics: Things Women Should Talk About, But Don’t, Nicole will explore the hidden expectations surrounding executive presence, the realities of burnout, and the “emotional labor tax” women frequently carry in the workplace.
This keynote will invite women to examine the unspoken rules that shape their careers, better understand the pressures they navigate, and consider new ways to lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.
The presentation will be followed by time for audience questions and answers.
